Altever

Primised the solar panels would cover our electric bill except taxes and fees evergy would have on bill. No true doesn't cover 42 % of our production needs. The company promised to correct problem. They promised to add 6 more pa else at no charge we would just pay permits fees. Now they say they are filing bankruptcy. Told me to contact empire solar the main company handling the project and they say he is responsible not them. It seems to me to be a blame game. So dont use this company leaves in dark and dont back there guarantee up.

We couldn't have had a better experience going solar with Altever. I suppose because I work in customer service, naturally a good customer experience stands out to me. With Altever I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands the whole way, because of the way that their service people and customer support staff took such good care of us.

Altever is such a great company. Friendly staff when they come to consult. Made our going solar a lot easier, when we could see what the difference would be. Installation and activation just went smoothly and we're excited to be turned on for the solar harvest this summer.

Couldn't be happier after going solar with Altever. There were two small hiccups along the way, but neither was Altever Solar's fault. The major one was because of our utility company and the other was just a misunderstanding on our part. Throughout it all, Jay kept me posted on progress and the delays, until we achieved Installation. We are so happy we went solar.
