Solar Discount Group Energy Solutions

We have been telling Solar Discount Group for over 12 months that there was an issue with our solar. They repeatedly brushed it off and told us that it was producing power and we needed to contact sdge. I finally had to contact the manufacturer and they confirmed that 6 panels are not functioning. Once I brought this to their attention Frank said they are able to see what the manufactures see. Which was surprising to me since they have been saying it is working correctly. They have yet to fix our solar. They don't value your time and they don't meet the expectations they set.

I could not ask for a better process. Frank was amazing from the beginning. He took the time to explain every aspect of the product- how it works, installation, etc. He was there for every phase of the project, and what I loved most about the company was that they do all of the work with my HOA. I didn't have to raise a finger outside of getting signatures from my neighbors. I fully endorse them and would recommend to anyone that is indecisive about making a decision. DO IT!

I am new to solar therefore I’m not going to speak about my overall knowledge but rather speak to the professionalism and knowledge that was brought to my attention based on my curiosity of the product. When I engaged Frank and his team I felt comfortable from the start. With so many solar companies, commercials and adds I was lost in the research. I explained my need and what I was curious about. I am now fully informed in what panel is best for my home and my current needs. I was blown away by the attention to detail and very little effort I had to put forth in order to obtain a sound quote with options. Options in how “I” wanted my contract to be completed. I was beyond happy. I obtained peace of mind with their service from day one. When all the paperwork was settled and it was time for action the panels and installation was a breeze. I’ve had several neighbors and my own family take interest now. I cannot thank Frank and his team enough for their service. I’ve improved the value to my home and obtained a tax credit to do so. Chris and his crew installed a complete system on our 3Ksf 2 story home with Spanish style roofing. Im in the construction industry and well aware of risk associated with penetrating a roof when it's not done correctly. Not a single cracked roof tile during install and no leaks!! It's been a year since the install and Im glad to say that the system was sized perfectly and the panel performance was better than expected. I would gladly recommend SDG to anyone looking for value.
