Power Northwest

My solar panels have been up for two years and they are performing flawlessly. They save money on electricity and make me pleased to be doing my part to reduce dependence on public power.

Working with Power NW was amazing. Paul reached out and provided the various options I could have and explained the different credits. The panels and micro inverter options that were provided were the best in class and the team got started working on the approvals once we aligned what we would need. We started early Aug and it took time for the approvals to come thru, but once they were in the install crew got everything scheduled. Jermey managed the overall communication and stayed on top to keep us informed on the work schedule. The install crew was also very professional and did a very good job on finding the best fit for the panels on our steep roof. We are so glad we went with Power NW.

I was very satisfied with the service from Power Northwest. They delivered everything I expected of them; they were easy to communicate with and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. My one suggestion for improvement would be that the explanation for the process and timeline for installation and activation of a solar panel system would be more specific. Based on what I was initially told, I thought the solar system would be operational as soon as the panel installation was complete. I then learned the system would become operational only after PGE installed a new meter, which would be immediately after panel installation. Only when panel installation was occurring, did I learn that it could take up to two weeks after completion of the panels for PGE to switch out the electric meter. Fortunately, it turned out to be a wait of only a few days for the meter to be installed. Overall, it was good experience working with Power Northwest. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of the peak power generating season so I can begin reaping the benefits and cost savings of my solar system.

Extremely helpful and quick to respond to any sort of questions or problems. There was initially an issue where the solar panels we discussed and reviewed were no longer being manufactured and the Power Northwest team worked hard to find a suitable replacement on short notice. I'm happy with how everything went and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to get solar panels.

Very impressed with the entire team of Power Northwest in handling our rooftop solar installation this past summer. From sales to project management to installation, they were all very professional and conscientious. Having worked for 2 different solar companies and as a former solarized homeowner back when we lived in Colorado,, I'm familiar with the industry as well as its challenges, and Power Northwest is a top notch company. Their professionalism has been demonstrated in their physical work as well as their communications with us as the homeowners. Power Northwest is a fantastic Solar Company. We did our homework and had 5 different companies bid on our situation. No one even came close. They are amazing to work with. We got personal service from the owner. The installers were respectful and very accommodating. This kind of personal service is hard to find these days.
