RxSun

After our original solar contractor went bust before finishing our project, I was referred to RxSun. RxSun's Noah Rothschild responded to my issues and guided us to resolve many outstanding thorny issues and we were able to successfully complete the implementation of our installation. We just finished our first complete electric billing cycle and wound up owing ComEd zero! And that includes home charging our electric car too I consider us very fortunate to have engaged with RxSun.

I have my solar system installed for about 6 months now, and I would certainly recommend RxSun based on my experience with them. After researching solar and getting quotes from several vendors through EnergySage, I selected RxSun because of their competitive pricing, product and warranty offerings. The other aspect that helped make my decision was my initial interactions with the sales consultant, Noah. He was very responsive to my questions, knowledgeable, clear and upfront. I later found the rest of the RxSun team to be equally great. All throughout the project, the project manager and the installation team kept me informed of the status, next steps, and promptly responded to all of my questions and concerns. My solar project was completed according to the overall schedule, even with some poor weather conditions along the way. In the end, RxSun exceeded my expectations.

Easy and bright (just like the sun)! Noah and the rest of the sales team know their stuff, and don’t pressure/sell, they genuinely just want you to get some inexpensive free power from the sun. The install team works quickly, and take care of everything (I chose to have the update my service to 200amp in preparation for another EV and a heat pump.) There were a few snaffus with my inspection that required one extra truck roll for RxSun to address, but they took care of everything with only a few extra emails. They also support their stuff after the fact! I had an issue with my monitoring of power usage, and they sent out two separate crews to troubleshoot and make it right. Zero hesitation to use them, and in addition to recommending them on this review, I’ve had several friends also use them (I wouldn’t send friends to them if I didn’t believe in RxSun!)

I worked with RxSun to get rooftop solar and the process couldn’t have been easier. Selecting a solution and getting it installed was turnkey and whenever I had a question the team was very responsive. Cant recommend enough! Loving those $15 electric bills (min charge to be on the grid).

We were very pleased with RXSUN. From the very beginning they explained the project in detail. They kept us updated on what was happening with the permits and when to expect the inspections & the installation. The inspectors, installers & electricians were all very professional and did a great job.
