In the fall of 2024 I was looking for a local company to help me go solar. I called Home Team and Ryan came over one afternoon and walked me through the whole process. He was very patient and kind and I felt no pressure to use his company. In the end, I was able to get my solar unit installed and done on time. Ryan was transparent and clear the whole time. They took care of everything including all the necessary paperwork with WE Energies and I love the finished product. I have even reached out to Ryan since the install if a question ever comes up and he gets back to me same day. Ryan and his team did a great job with our home solar project (Belgium, WI)! Communication was constant through the entire process and they delivered exactly what they promised. The install was a two day job and everything went smoothly--we were up and running about three weeks after, which is a rather quick turnaround considering WE Energies needs a couple of inspections after install before they approved the system and officially turn it on. We had a great experience with Home Team. They did a great job of explaining the whys and hows of the entire project up front. They gave great advice and kept us from making rookie mistakes by honestly sharing their experience. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were treated with patience and respect. Communication was excellent. During installation, our home was respected, and they consulted with us on any decisions that needed to be made. They showed up when they told us they would, and the project went quickly and smoothly.

Ryan and his team were easy to work with in getting the solar system that worked for my home covered by a contract whose terms and conditions were fair to both Home Team Energy and me. I had been at the contract stage with 2 other solar system providers who sounded great throughout the sales process/proposal but whose contracts did not align with what was said by sales personnel and/or the sales proposal. The only company whose contract aligned with their sales proposal was Home Team Energy. I met with Ryan and Patricia on 5/29/24 to discuss the project and laid out my expectations from Home Team Energy for the system as well as component and service warranties. We signed a contract on 6/6/24. Installation started on 7/2/24 and was completed on 7-3/24. WE Energies hooked the solar system to the grid on 7-15-24. Excellence in action from start to finish.
