Terra Solar

We had been thinking about getting a solar system for our house for 4-5 years. We finally got a quote last year, but the timing wasn't great and some of our priorities shifted. Then we went to the home and garden show in Kansas City and met the Terra team. They were knowledgeable, professional, and really helped us feel comfortable about the whole process of installing a system. I was also really surprised at how fast they work! We have some friends who have been waiting six months to get their system installed, but Terra does it in about 6 weeks! They were great to work with, we highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Terra Solar for a solar installation on my home. They were great to work with and so different from other solar companies we talked with. While they are new, they provided great service at a great price. The equipment they used was top tier, and their installer Matt was so helpful walking us through the app and helping us understand the system.

After working with a different company for several months and making very little progress, we decided to check out Angi list of installers in our area. We had Angi send emails to all of them; we got an immediate response from Terra Solar (btw, the only response). They were visiting with us within 24 hours, explaining everything in great detail and to our satisfaction, and we decided to sign a contract. The company provided very detailed information about the process that would take place from beginning to end, provided written documentation for the work they were proposing and answered any of our questions immediately. We signed the contract on January 9 and the installation was fully complete and operational by February 23. The completion date was well ahead of the estimated time of completion. The longest delay in this sequence was getting a response from the city for the building permit! If you are considering going solar, we highly recommend this company!
