However, I have spoken with many others about their experiences with different companies and I will tell you that not only were our hiccups minor, and mostly not the fault of EA, but they always took care of us and often went above and beyond. Our recent problem with a short in some wiring was scheduled and fixed on the next business day.

Energy Advantage is one of the few companies that could tolerate working with the City of Loveland. Their sales rep was thorough and a good communicator. Their operations manager communicated well through many city induced hiccups that occurred along the way. Their installers were efficient and did not proceed when roofing issues were identified long after their initial inspection. They wisely delayed the install until I addressed the roof. Their electrical contractor was spot-on in identifying tricky ways to get around some conduit placement technical adaptations. The whole team was honest, didn't take short cuts to facilitate quick payment. Highly recommend them.
