Workmanship Warranty

State Electric Company (“we,” “our,” or “us”) warrants that all electrical services provided to the above-referenced property will be free from defects in workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty applies only to the labor and services performed by our technicians. If a defect in our workmanship arises within the warranty period, we will repair the issue at no cost to the customer.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Any materials, products, or equipment (including but not limited to EV chargers, panels, or components), which are subject to their manufacturer’s warranty.
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect/missed-maintenance tampering, accidents, natural disasters, force major, acts of God, natural disasters, flooding, fire, water intrusion, lightning strikes, terrorism,
• Utility complications including but not limited to brownouts, over voltage situations, voltage fluctuations, grounding/neutral or modifications made by anyone other than State Electric Contracting.
• Failures due to pre-existing conditions or hidden defects in the structure or systems not visible or accessible at the time of service.
• Service calls related to issues outside the scope of the original work order or quote.

If you experience a workmanship issue during the warranty period, please contact us at (866) 976-8890 or warranty@stateelectriccompany.net. We will schedule a service visit to assess and resolve any covered issues.

Additional Terms
• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and installation address.
• State Electric Company reserves the right to determine whether an issue is covered under this warranty.
