I have called, text, emailed with no response at all for over a year. We really like our system and the people that installed it unfortunately getting service on the system is a real challenge. A tutorial on how to replace some of these parts and where to get them would be beneficial and I will attempt to do it myself.

I tried several means to resolve and he never accepted responsibility, kept passing the buck to the "contractor" by contract, he was responsible for.
