I have called, text, emailed with no response at all for over a year. We really like our system and the people that installed it unfortunately getting service on the system is a real challenge. A tutorial on how to replace some of these parts and where to get them would be beneficial and I will attempt to do it myself.

Never completed, took money and never returned or warrantied

Total scam - says all the right things, but never follows up after final payment given to him by the finance company. Patio Roof leaked - never fixed. cost me 25k to repair the faulty work on top of the $60k project. absolute nightmare! Mark McClusky (SolarLife owner) should be ashamed of himself for using that contractor and not being responsible for his work. I tried several means to resolve and he never accepted responsibility, kept passing the buck to the "contractor" by contract, he was responsible for.

Need Service on my system

Who do I contact to get my system serviced? After the storms day before yesterday, one entire bank of my system went dark. Panels 1.2.1 through 1.2.17 Please call at 682-241-1484 and advise. Thanks in advance for your attention, assistance, and prompt response.
