Sales guy was nice. Signed a contract paid 1/2 the funds. The project manager(s) were terrible to deal with. After they were over a month past their contract install date, they tried to change the contract to not include the install costs. So after more than 3 months over due, multiple back and forth arguments, several conversations with their sales team lying to the installers and us, and us having to get multiple people and managers involved we finally at least got the install they did do fixed. The install team were great and so nice when they were there. They even tried to do everything they could to get the issues solved. The system we got does work so at least we got a good product from Generac. As part of the agreement to finish install we had to update their reviews, although we never got the original quote completely installed since we refused to dish out another 30k to fix their problem.

Had a great experience with straightup solar very professional definitely recommend them to anyone they had to array running into days very friendly to get along with answers all my questions

It is gratifying to work with a group that takes so much pride in their work and how they do it. You can tell working with these people that they are very passionate about the work they do
