TriSMART Solar

I own my solar system, which has 10 panels that are not producing power. TriSmart Solar was the installer, and I reported the issue to them on July 21, 2025. They came out to check the system on August 5, 2025. They never communicated to me what they found. I called on September 22, 2025, to inquire about the status. I still have 10 panels not producing power.

TriSmart solar always score 100 mark in disappointing their customers. In a recent incident while installing the battery the installation team did a mistake and installed the battery on the wrong side of the garage wall. During city inspection it failed and they decided to rectify their issue. So later TriSmart installation team came and reinstalled the battery on the correct side of the garage wall. During this process my garage wall got damages because of their mistake. Though the installation team tried to do the patch work but it's not up to the mark because they are not the expert in building homes. Then I decided to contact the customer service department of the company. First of all it's a difficult task to get someone in the call when you tried to reach them via the number you see in their portal. Then I send them an email on 07-14-2025 explaining the entire situation. Even I attached the pics of the garage wall. I received a response saying that they will come back with an answer within 7 business days but till now I didn't received any response from them. So today (07-24-2025) I sent them a reminder email asking for update and waiting for their reply. I had bad experience with them in past as well, when solar panels stopped working properly and they took ages to rectify the issue.

The sales person adan Qinnones lied to us to get the sale i dont even own the house but cuz my credit was used for the owner (my friend) to qualify. Im the one responsible for 25 yr payments of44,000 dollars. I told adam quinnno I was moving in 6 months he said no problem just call us and have your name removed. Plus they said they would send us 5 checks to go towards the solar payments they sent 2 we deposited them then they canceled the 2nd check which caused our account to go into the red zone costing us a 35 dollar fee from our bank. He also told us that we wouldn't have to pay CPS anymore cuz they would add more panels till it completely covered all the power we used. But I'm still having to pay CPS for any power used after the sun goes down . Adam Quinnones stopped answering my calls with questions almost mediately after they were turned on. I thought we were going to save money now we are paying almost double the amount . AND I DONT EVEN OWN THE HOUSE!!!!!

I been with TriSmart for two years now and they help me all the way they can with my problems

I’ve been having solar for about two years and this was the WORSE decision we could’ve made. I still have to pay a light bill on top of paying them monthly for the panels. And the “money you get back from taxes” never happened. My bill went up and it’s just been a horrible experience to be stuck paying for this. Sale person was full of lies just to get something sold. The BS that they tell you is you get credit taxes from the government.

Trismart Solar and its affiliates have been a complete joke to work with. We were sold a pipe dream and due to their lack of communication, integrity and competence, we now have $40,000 paperweights on our roof that are producing less than 7% of what we were guaranteed and promised. We have been fighting them for MONTHS to even get them to finish and correct the job they started and now they are refusing to acknowledge anything is wrong. Our point of contact quit replying to us almost immediately after install and we’ve been fight the customer service and corporate ladder ever since. Like most people, we went with solar in hopes to reduce our dependence on utility companies and the outrageous prices. Now we’re still paying $400+ monthly in utilities in addition to the $170 loan on solar panels that are barely producing. In theory, solar would be amazing, but I greatly urge everyone to reconsider giving trismart solar their business and money. Learn from our mistake and do more research on the company you choose.
