Gary worked with us to develop a system that met our needs, but at the same time was reasonably priced (other solar companies, from Dallas, Houston, and El Paso wanted at least $10,000 more for a similar system). Our system is ground mounted and has just started producing electricity.

The lows were that the installation of the system was delayed by a month when a key member of the installation team (master electrician) left for another job. There were some delays during the installation while crew members went for materials they hadn't brought initially.

The actual installation was performed professionally and completed in 3 days, including time for the concrete for the posts to set. The team cleaned up the area well, after the job was complete. The system is working well, so far.

Going solar was not only an obvious choice it was a very easy decision. With as many sunny days as Amarillo has it was a no brainer. Staff is knowledgeable and always ready with answers to any questions I might have.

We have had an excellent relationship with Tri-smart solar they are very professional and friendly. We love our solar system that they set up for us it’s saving money in the long run and saving the planet for our children and grandchildren. The are very easy to work with and courteous and if someone don’t know the answers to your question they will call and find the answer.

I had spoken with Clint Rarey when he worked at Longhorn Solar and when I decided to go with Longhorn Solar I contacted him again and specifically mentioned wanting to go with Longhorn Solar several times. At no point did Clint mention that he no longer works for Longhorn Solar. I only found this out later when Longhorn Solar called me asking me what I thought about their offering. This is not ok and I will not work with anyone who thinks this is ok. It would have been different if he mentioned working for a different company and let me make my decision based on that, but that did not happen and it seems he intentionally mislead me to think I was signing up for solar from a different company.

Zach and every worker that we've dealt with so far have been extremely knowledgeable and respectful with every step. The installation went flawlessly, and they have checked up on us several times. They are a great company to work with!

My name is Lloyd Gordon, And I got my solar power through trismart and they were fantastic to work with good people with a great work ethnic and knowledge of their product and process they keep me and my wife in the loops of everything that was going on all the paperwork’s and they deliver on time and most of all the solar panels are working perfect I got my first bill and even though it was November and the weather was not good the bill was negative 18 dollars .
