TriSMART Solar

Trismart Solar and its affiliates have been a complete joke to work with. We were sold a pipe dream and due to their lack of communication, integrity and competence, we now have $40,000 paperweights on our roof that are producing less than 7% of what we were guaranteed and promised. We have been fighting them for MONTHS to even get them to finish and correct the job they started and now they are refusing to acknowledge anything is wrong. Our point of contact quit replying to us almost immediately after install and we’ve been fight the customer service and corporate ladder ever since. Like most people, we went with solar in hopes to reduce our dependence on utility companies and the outrageous prices. Now we’re still paying $400+ monthly in utilities in addition to the $170 loan on solar panels that are barely producing. In theory, solar would be amazing, but I greatly urge everyone to reconsider giving trismart solar their business and money. Learn from our mistake and do more research on the company you choose.

Horrible customer service. Got scammed out of over $6k by my sales rep Tyler Brown. He lied to me and my wife, said whatever he had to to make the sale and then left use hanging with the bill. Do not do business with this company.

The company has no project managers to take ownership of installation delays, overlong power outages, incorrect work, and absolutely no instructions on how to turn on the system! The price may be lower but you'll pay for it in the lack of follow-up.

Although I didn't sign up, I really enjoyed my interview. My situation is not right for solar, the way I was handled was a pleasure. My energy consultant was Mario Luna and he is a credit to his company.

Gary worked with us to develop a system that met our needs, but at the same time was reasonably priced (other solar companies, from Dallas, Houston, and El Paso wanted at least $10,000 more for a similar system). Our system is ground mounted and has just started producing electricity. The lows were that the installation of the system was delayed by a month when a key member of the installation team (master electrician) left for another job. There were some delays during the installation while crew members went for materials they hadn't brought initially. The actual installation was performed professionally and completed in 3 days, including time for the concrete for the posts to set. The team cleaned up the area well, after the job was complete. The system is working well, so far.

Going solar was not only an obvious choice it was a very easy decision. With as many sunny days as Amarillo has it was a no brainer. Staff is knowledgeable and always ready with answers to any questions I might have.
