Really was a great sales men .sold us completely .we put 100 % trust in this company ..we had a on going problems with ur solar , it shuts down ,an stops producing.. a whole line of panel stopped working we call as always we get from the owners questions like . did someone mess with the wirers? of course not.. idk if it has to do with the wires all hanging that is how it was installed idk if it has to do with the owner dropping a panel because he installed the grown mount panels by himself ? We don't know .all we know is we trusted this company an none of the on going problems are getting fixed we are ignored or told we see you this week or we are told it's working fine .. .. we involved the bank we are just hopping he honors his workmanship as promises to us we just wanted to save money an go solar now we pay two bills it's not right ..workman is horrible an haven't followed the contract he put up a plywood board to hold the power boxes instead of struts that doesn't riot he used a old metal strap to tie up the power line going to the tranforer left the power line straight up so when it rains it go into the transformer all's we want is him to honor the contract an give us what we paid for not excuses an an short cuts this was not cheap an it's hard to get him to finish his job here .an we have a 5 year warranties with him I am surprised an would like this completely reconciled an up working as we were sold ..

Choosing Red Hook Solar to create and install our solar system was a no brainer. They were significantly less expensive than competitors and proved to be professional, timely and courteous throughout the entire process. Everything was explained to us in a manner we could understand, not being familiar with the lingo, and we never felt pressured throughout the entire process. Great company and great product
