Run away as fast as you can!!

Company is full of mismanagement, greedy owners, and scams. I’d trust every other company out there before this one. Good luck getting paid if you’re an employee.

Poor customer service

Contract signed in December of 2021. HOA approved plan in early February. County provided a permit middle of March. System installed end of April. 5 inspections had to be scheduled due to failure to comply with county code. Discovered 2 panels had consistently reduced peak output. Multiple emails and phone calls and no one has come out to inspect the installation to ensure connections are good and packing materials were removed. It has been 2 months and all I get are polite email replies that they are waiting on technical support. Very poor communication during the entire process. Company has no interest in making unhappy customers happy.

Great Service Start to Finish

From the moment the salesman came out and explained everything in detail. The panels and production. How many and cost effectiveness. To the installation which went so smooth. They were always there to answer all my questions even when they seemed silly. They explained everything they were doing every step of the way. I have recommended them to all my neighbors and friends!

So happy we bought more

From the request for information to the sales to the installation, working with SolarTyme has been an awesome and pain free experience. Their genuine kindness and concern for their costumers is a rare and treasured thing in today's hustle and bustle of big box companies. The initial price tag is very scary, but they work with you on a plan that works best for you and your family. We saw immediate savings on our electric bill, and with the tax rebate we were able to make arrangements to purchase more panels. Management is always friendly and available to answer any question or concern. They take care of everything for you including contacting your power company. We were surprised by how much adding solar panels increased the value of our home.
