We are consistently under 60 days to get projects approved and installed. Additionally most of the time we are able to get the system activated within that 60 day timeframe. It happens from time to time where a local building authority or some utilities

Nexis install any panel preferred by the homeowner if it's available. Our preferred panels are Q cells, REC, and Silfab.
We start by troubleshooting the system and see if we can fix in minor errors. If there is a broken component on a system we request from the manufacturer an RMA if its within the 25 -year warranty.
Active monitoring. New conception meter which we install inverter system. Live Internet data for five years via Cell Modem for real time updates. Play panel by panel daily production visual in an app that we provide.

Workmanship Warranty

Variable roof penetration warranty. Warranty given based on the condition of the roof and the penetrations we make on your roof. Promising it to be leak-free for the time of the warranty given. We determine the years (0-15) after the site assessment.

25-year system and inverter warranty - Covers Failures of Panels, Racking Material, and Inverters and the labor to swap it out. We purchase the extended warranties for some items on your behalf.

25-year roof workmanship warranty - Covers all the work we perform on the house. Anything we install is promised to be installed correctly, if not we will remediate any issues with our work.

Speed to Install Guarantee (Optional Add-On Guarantee) - We will pay your first two electricity bills post sign-on and down payment if we cannot approve the project for install in less than 45 days. Conditions apply.

Great Initiative

It has been a pleasure to work with Tom Noe and his colleagues. Nexis was one of two quotes I considered. Nexis stood out initially because Tom noticed that my energy usage still showed in EnergySage as the default, but that I had submitted my energy bill. Before our scheduled phone call, he proactively redid the figures and updated the proposal, which happened to be cheaper, but more importantly, more accurate. That made me feel I could trust Nexis to do the job right. Another example of how they were proactive was that when there a was a shortage in the supply of the panels originally proposed, Tom sought out other comparable alternatives and kept me abreast of the status and how the options compared. Although there were a couple of instances where communication was not timely, things were moving fast and overall it was excellent. Nexis bent over backward to make sure that my system was installed before the end of 2025, before the Federal incentives expire, and to make sure I was happy with the result. Even after the system was installed, Tom made sure to answer my questions promptly and thoroughly.
