Axia by Qcells

I tested them out just for two projects and on both of those were still in five months on the projects in an area. Where should only take maybe a month. We still haven’t installed yet and after five months I found out they just now submitted interconnection applications. their left hand does not know what the right hand is doing.

The installer has problems and due to customer feedback no longer works with axial. One installation complete any issues that i had were addressed by Joan who was fantastic.

nightmare installation, no communication, trash all over yard, wires and debris put into green waste so I had to fish out. When hooked up and turned on, blew a circuit and the plug for our home entertainment. No response from company. Did not seal holes in house. I regret going with this company. Stay away!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Axia by Qcells to help others avoid the same frustrations. I selected Axia months ago to install a solar system at my home. After doing my research, I had my HOA approve them as the designated provider—something that required time, paperwork, and coordination. Unfortunately, what followed has been a series of unacceptable delays, lack of accountability, and virtually no communication from Axia’s side. Despite initiating a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau on July 7th, Axia has not had the courtesy to respond—not even a basic acknowledgment. I’ve followed up multiple times, called, and escalated through different channels, but I’ve been left in the dark without a timeline or explanation. To make matters worse, I am now stuck. Because I already secured HOA approval specifically for Axia, and because of their continued delays, it’s no longer feasible to switch to another solar company and still meet the December 31st deadline to qualify for the federal tax credit. Axia’s lack of action has jeopardized not only my project but also my ability to take advantage of a major financial incentive. Solar is a long-term investment, and choosing the right installer is just as important as choosing the right equipment. I strongly advise against working with Axia by Qcells unless you're willing to tolerate long delays, broken commitments, and a customer service team that disappears the moment you sign a contract. Save yourself the stress and choose a company that values communication, transparency, and respect for their customers’ time and goals.

I am very much satisfied that we chose the solar panels and battery thru Axia by Qcells. The staff members of Axia are dedicated to helping with the customer needs. Aldo made sure that everything will be taken care of from start to finish. Bob and Joshua were also so helpful in terms of customer service. And lastly, the solar panels are very efficient as it is delivering the guaranteed energy production.
