The installation was done last June and went smoothly. The crew were very professional The system has performed as advertised since then. There was a small problem with finding an electrician licensed to work in the City of Albany that delayed the permitting, but it was resolved fairly quickly.

Communication was great in the beginning. Salesperson did a great job and understood I was a little more knowledgeable than the normal customer and adjusted his sales approach. They offered everything I asked for and made accommodations. Install was good. The roof and electrical teams seemed knowledgeable and did the job quickly. They missed some putty insulation on the inside of my roof which was promptly fixed the following day. I ordered solar skirts which didn't make it with the original crew, but was installed the following day by a tech. This tech was super personable and wonderful to chat with. These skirts came damaged (I was told from manufacturer/logistics) and the following shipment was also damaged. Deep and minor scratches on painted steel. Between the two shipments we were able to identify enough of them to complete the job. I wasn't happy with the critter guard they offered but that's on my for not requesting to see the product before I ordered it. I will probably be replacing it at some point. Communication sort of fell apart as I was waiting for my PTO date after inspections was passed. At a certain point I found out the utility was waiting for the certificate from the solar installer which was waiting for the town to push the papers around. I feel Infinity should have been on top of this as some time went by waiting for the system to begin operation. They should have seen that the normal time for the paperwork to be finished had passed and reached out to the town as I did. Once I started making calls, I got my PTO pretty quickly and Infinity was on top of it. The system is now operating for about 2 months, showing data for 2 more months prior. I haven't had any issues and I am really looking forward to summer. All in all, I would recommend Infinity. They took pride in their work and, for the most part, issues were out of their control and were responsive to make it right with a little nudging. I read about horror stories from installers online, so happy this went smoothly and I am happy.

The team from Infinity showed up in the snow before 7 am, the time they were supposed to be here. They were extremely efficient in installing my 14-panel system and got done before 1 pm. Cleaned up and except for the tracks in. the snow. you would not even know they were here. Fantastic customer experience.

We had exchanges with and offers from 6 solar installers via Energy Sage and decided to go with InfinityEnergy for our solar installation. Their project team and technicians displayed a deep understanding of solar technology, and their precision in installing the panels and associated electrical components was not only evident but is visually pleasing. Many companies can "slap" solar on your roof, but Infinity Energy almost made it an Art of running the electrical conduits very clean and hidden wherever as possible. I think what sets InfinityEnergy apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They were transparent about the process, addressing the many concerns (specifically in respect to our roof) we had and keeping us informed at every stage. The post-installation support has also been excellent, with InfinityEnergy not only readily available to answer questions and ensure the system's optimal performance, but being proactive about it. Not only did InfinityEnergy deliver on the technical aspects of the installation, but they also made the entire experience hassle-free, including the necessary permits. Our solar system is up and running for more than 6 months now, and we are witnessing significant energy savings. Choosing InfinityEnergy for our solar installation was good decision, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a solar project.

I always try to use companies and vendors who are honest and take pride in their work, and I can't give the folks at Infinity enough praise!
