I hired your Company here in Indiana and they are by far the worst in my 72 years ever doing business with. Reginal Manager stalking me on Facebook, no follow up after install over two months, text messages telling me its my job to work with power company today after two months. They got paid and went to the candy store. I want this crap off my roof and I have told them to remove it and restore my roof. It's a new home and will not be damaged. I have written several times and no help. Not one person even bothers to come out and check my system. I have all the paperwork from Duke Energy I did on my own without being told it was my job because I have been sitting here in the dark till today being stalked on Facebook and a text telling me I had to work with Duke Energy it wasn't their job. Will that happen if I need help with my system? I'm not taking that chance at 72 years old and a Disabled Veteran. Anyway, I have been in touch with Duke and have a release from them and all papers signed for over a month. Your people don't even know. They want to blame Duke and me. I have contacted my Lawyer and am writing the Atty General of Indiana. I just want this removed from my roof and it restored to its new condition. Have your bank Dividend go away and me too. I am very pissed off with your Indiana team and they do not follow up after install. I have done my homework and have all paperwork. They can't even get my email address correct. Your Reginal Manager here in Indiana said he would fix that the day they installed my System and he hasn't. They are using a unmonitored Mailbox on iCloud I do not use and they have all been given my correct email. So now they are all blocked till they get smart enough to use the right account. Remove this garbage from my roof, PLEASE.I am very upset.
