We invested two years exploring solar options for our home. After our extensive research with several organization and sales people we were delighted to meet with Kendall Haynes. Kendall was a stand out and breath of fresh air in all aspects. He is personable, knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and exceeded our expectations. The entire Solterra team made the transaction seamlessly simple. I have to say the Paige was the mastermind of the project. She has exemplary communication skills and possess the super power of seeing around any corners. There was not one detail she was on top of throughout the entire process! She literally does it all and very competently. We so t k ow where the found Paige but they better do everything they can to keep her. The installers were fantastic as well. The worked hard and efficiently within surprises. They were friendly and conscientious. Everything was as presented and followed the time line. The PSE inspector spent just a few minutes doing a once he saw that Solterra did the installation. He confidently shared with us that they do a great job. We originally received a quote from another provider which seemed high so we asked SolTerra to provide second. Boy am I glad we did. SolTerra was not only lower in cost, but we also got a bigger system. The professionalism displayed by Aimee and her team was top notch, and they kept us informed throughout the entire process. A few months after the system was installed, I noticed discoloration in one of the panels. The team came out to inspect it, and after connecting with the manufacturer, they immediately replaced it at no cost to us. I cannot speak more highly of SolTerra. After a door-to-door solar company came by with a high-pressured sales pitch, I decided to look into other options. The installation was completed within the schedule and the system was inspected and placed into operation very quickly.
