David came to my moms home misrepresented himself as an Absolute Solar employee. He told my elderly mother of 81 on a fixed income of 1200. a month that she would get $17,000 back in tax rebates from the government and $3000. from the energy company and that he would take care of everything. Some how he managed to use my husbands income and my moms credit to get the loan. She was not worried about the 18 month rate hike due to the fact that she would put the rebates onto the loan. Now its tax time and she is not getting any tax credit at all. David lied over and over and convinced her to just click and sign. Absolute Solar has misrepresented themselves as well. Had my mom known that no one affiliated with Absolute Solar actually works for Absolute Solar she would have never trusted what was being said. My husband never signed any document, now that we look back we have no idea what David was doing. Fast talking and full of lies. Now my 81 year old Mom is on the hook for a monthly bill higher than her power bill ever was. We don't know who is responsible or if we are a customer of yours. This is the name of the company listed on the loan through David Trijilo. He is no where to be found - he changed his phone I got the new number but he does not respond.
