Our first contact with Nova West was over the phone with Ian West. We were so impressed with Ian we set up a face to face meeting on the spot. We had previously spoke with other solar companies and could tell Ian was different. He answered all our questions and we could tell he was knowledgeable and well versed in the world of solar energy and storage. Cesar and his crew did a neat and professional insulation in a timely fashion. PG&E was contacted and we were up and running producing power. We highly recommend Nova West.

Had a good experience with everyone involved at Nova West Solar. Sales Staff were awesome as were the Installers. Had only two minor glitches on the install. The foreman became ill so the install was delayed (Sh#t Happens) and his replacement failed to connect the monitoring software so i was unable to see the production for two days. Again no big deal. The PTO took longer than expected but that was the Power Company. Anyway, the system is up a running as expected so far! Overall I am very happy with the system. Additionally, every time I had a question it was answered immediately..
