Future Energy Solar

AJ and his team installed our solar system this November. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the install was very well done. Communication with Adam (sales) and AJ (CEO) was very smooth throughout the project. I also like they used US-manufactured panels. It was a plus that they were able to get our install done before end of year, allowing us to qualify for the 2025 tax credits.

We wanted to get solar up before the tax credit ended. After thorough research and recommendations, we approached 3 different companies to quote and design. AJ from future energy was 2 of the 3 that showed up in person quickly. The process was very transparent, communications were clear and there were no "games" with pricing or the entire process. Once we decided to move forward. The entire installation crew came on time and was very professional. The whole 38 panel system went up in 1 day. The longest part of the process was waiting for permission to operate after installation from Eversource(local electric company responsible for the grid to the house). We had the system up in less than 3 months. There was one issue after the installation when we weren't getting power from one of the panels. AJ and team came the very next day after we noticed the issue. The Future Energy team identified a faulty wire and fixed the root cause quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience dealing with AJ and Future Energy. I'd recommend and use them again for any future projects.

Very happy with the install done by Future Energy. The owner, AJ, answered my questions and took care of the details. Easily available via email, text, or phone I always knew the next step and approximately when it would happen. On install day the team arrived on time and did their job without leaving a mess or even making much noise. Summer time air conditioning just feels different when it is powered by your own solar cells. Just sorry the federal credit is expiring sooner than expected, that's a real loss.

These guys are awesome. AJ was super quick to respond to any questions I had—really made me feel like my project was a priority. His team runs like a well-oiled machine. Adam was also fantastic. He wasn’t out to sell me something I didn’t need—he actually listened and helped find smart solutions that fit my situation. It felt more like chatting with a friend who knows his stuff than dealing with a typical sales guy. The whole crew is reliable, capable, and genuinely cares. I've had my current system for about 6 months without any significant issues except one that was found and fixed before it went online initially by the installer. Biggest issue I had during the project was the time it took to get local permitting (Utility approvals went pretty quickly once they had everything). This is not the fault of the installer, this is a known problem of getting home solar in MA, so be aware that even with all the paperwork in, approvals needed before work is allowed can be glacially slow. We submitted everything in March, and didn't get to start installing until September the same year, so be prepared for that. My experience with this company was great. AJ was very knowledgeable and explained almost everything clearly and succinctly, and was very on top of updates and whenever Eversource would ask for some new piece of information or documentation they forgot they needed to ask us for. (AJ forwarded pretty much all of the relevant emails from the utility to us so we were kept abreast of approvals) I haven't had an issue with the system yet, so I haven't had an opportunity to see how well they respond to issues after install, but I'm pretty happy with this company and would happily refer people to them if they were also planning to get solar for their homes.

I chose Future Energy to install a 28 panel grid tied system on my residence. I couldn't be happier with the entire process. They were very responsive to questions and they were very transparent with the timeline and progress of all of the steps. The install went exactly as planned and after the install they corrected a few small issues within a short time-frame. I'd recommend them again.
