Future Energy Solar

I left a review few weeks ago and after reading the response from * AJ at first I thoughtt salesman trying to talk his way out of situation. As stated in previous review we got multiple quotes and discussed with wife we did not choose as i went online and looked up i was Provided from the gentleman from most recent consultatiion where he told us about price difference and then the whole warranty situation... the guy told us everything was under warranty for 25 yrs. But upon research found that only the panels were under manufacture warranty. Not the inverter or other components, then remembering the price trickery i was very angry. So i called him back and he was still lying saying that his company covered whole system. Then asked him name of his company because the caller who asked if we wanted consultation said they were doing the Woburn solar program, we live in woburn. He repeated same saying *sir we are doing woburn solar program. He said he would call me back, So i looked up solar companies here and called back but he didn't answer then few days later called and apologized and i asked immediately- are you with viridn, sunbug, sunpower or future and he said *yes future. and i acted like everything was ok and asked him to come back and explain exactly the details of warranty and rest. But he never showed. So when i searched again trying to leave a review i ....as anyone would felt as though he was selling a high ticket item under false pretenses. So i left a review with what happened and my thoughts *I will still say my thoughts on all the 5 stars within a very short time to me still is suspicious) but im here for my business, so my thoughts on all else, matters not. So after contacting that number again with the help of my son using his number- my son acted interested and requested consultation and asked him his name wich was same *andrew and company and he replied with *UBH so we dont know what ubh is but it damn sure is not what he claimed few days before when he said future. So with his name being *andrew and Real future solar company guys name being *A.J. then him saying he works for *Future solar. Like anyone would guess Andrew was the A. In AJ. And maybe his last name was Johnson or anything with J. But... seems not the case- So i came back here to do the right thing and admit the mistake and to apologize to A.J. and Future. AJ and Future Energy Solar were great to work with and I highly recommend them. When initially reviewing quotes, AJ was kind enough to have a call late in the evening to accommodate my schedule to review system design options to balance production with rooftop aesthetics (we didn't want any solar panels on the front of the house). I chose to work with AJ based on his knowledge, patience, kindness, and desire to accommodate my needs. AJ did a wonderful job handling the entire process which has numerous steps and requires involvement from the utility and local electrical inspector. Contract signing with AJ to permission to operate from the utility took four months and AJ kept me up-to-date along the way. AJ's installation team is hardworking, efficient, and open to input on the placement of the various components required for the solar system. I am very pleased with the aesthetics of the final product and everything is working as intended. Please consider AJ for your solar project!

AJ helped us install the solar panels. I think we did it at the perfect time because the state announced increasing the electricity cost in 2 months. We definitely saved money from solar. AJ was also very responsive both email and phone calls. Love his customer services.

AJ helped installing solar panels on our roof. The project only took half day to finish so they are very efficient. AJ also very patiently shows us how to track the energy accumulation through the app. We love seeing $0 electric bill each month and get money back from the excess

Had Future Energy install a new solar system recently in my home, and can't be more satisfied with their service. AJ ,the owner, is very knowledgeable about what they offer and made the process very easy. I had talked to several companies but decided to do the installation with Future Energy due to the best price, how much knowledge, patience with all our questions and no pressure as some other companies. AJ with Future Energy Solar was excellent from start to finish. Save yourself headaches and deal directly with this company who actually designs AND installs the system. Every step of the way (design, layout, install, startup, rebates) was handled with professionalism. Communication was excellent with AJ responding quickly. My system looks and preforms great, so much so that my neighbor chose AJ to install his solar panels. Can’t recommend this company enough.
