I did SO much research on solar (thank you EnergySage for all the info) before getting quotes - and I ended up getting quotes from 4 companies - I learned more with each quote experience. Suncommon was head and shoulders above all others as far as integrity, honest, helpfulness, support, question answering, and friendliness. From my first contact with Ashley, to my project manager Bryan, to Annika who did the site evaluation, to all the electricians and the whole team who did the install... it was a long haul but they kept me in the loop and did a fantastic job every step of the way. I have 100% confidence in this company - they stand by their reputation with integrity. I have referred a few people to them, as my neighbors had referred them to me :) Oh, and my electric needs have been (so far) provided 100% by my ground mount solar array! Some of the other companies tried to tell me that a roof mount would do the job for me - my roof is small and faces the wrong direction, so my solar needs would only have been met a fraction. We had solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall installed in 2019 and have been very satisfied. We first worked with Zack Mostov, who explained what was being proposed and answered all of our questions. The installation crew was remarkable! We have referred two of our friends to Suncommon and they too have gone solar. All in all, we have nothing but praise for Suncommon.

I asked A LOT of questions and we spent A LOT of time figuring what size system would offer the best payback for my needs. He was very patient with me every step of the way! Hands down, I would trust SunCommon with my solar installation time and time again and I recommend them to everyone!

We engaged SunCommon (NY) to design a ground mount solar array for our farm and were thrilled with the entire process. Everyone we had dialogue with during the process was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We are thrilled with the way the array came out and we started producing green solar energy in mid-September 2020. On the sales side, Craig patiently answered all of our questions and came during the install to make sure everything was going smoothly. The install team lead by Joe and the project manager, Loralee seamlessly guided us through the process. We would recommend SunCommon to anyone looking for a solar solution.

We've had SunCommon do two solar installs for us now. They are great to work with, offered us top quality products, and the solar has worked just like they said it would. They are local, but also big enough to be really professional, best of both worlds. We needed more solar because we have solar heating and cooling, also from them (heat pumps), and electric vehicles. Our roof was full so we installed one of their beautiful solar canopies and love it! Our most recent installation with SunCommon was a two powerwalls (batteries) to keep our home safe and secure when the power goes out.
