Workmanship Warranty

Sun Up Zero Down warrants to Owner that our workmanship shall be free from defects for a period of 25 years from the date of commissioning of the system.

In addition to our workmanship warranty, the solar panels, racking system, and microinverters come with a 25 year product and performance warranty.

Roof Warranty: If installing the System requires penetrations to your home’s roof and thereby causes damages to areas of the roof that are within a three (3) inch radius of the roof penetrations, then such roof damage will be repaired for your benefit. This roof warranty is good for the lesser of: (A) the remaining warranty term on your roof shingles, (B) 10 years following utility interconnection of your solar system.

Excellent service

Everything went perfectly and the install team was very professional. I would recommend Sun Up Zero Down if you're interested in solar. They do great work with a very friendly staff. All completed timely. Nothing like having a zero electric bill and getting paid SREC from the state to produce electric. Thanks to all of you!

Outstanding workmanship

First off you have I have to apologize I can't remember everyone's names, with that being said the installation was top notch very professional, and the electrician Scott did announce standing job along with other team members my sales Representatives took me through every aspect of the installation and all the paperwork, also like to thank Crystal never meant the girl but she was always there for me whenever I needed something to be fixed or answered

Solar Experience

I have always heard the horrors of solar installation. My experience was quite the opposite. From start to finish Sun Up, Zero Down provided an efficient easy process of document review and signature. Communication and coordination between various agencies involved was transparent, but I was always informed as to status and progress. Answers to all my questions were quick and complete. The roof shingle install was great, and all work completed in one day. The Solar panel installation was coordinated well and also completed in one day. The installation supervisor was willing to answer all my questions about the system and was here for the final inspection. Overall, this was a very good experience, and everything happened as was explained upfront. I would recommend Sun Up, Zero Down for your Solar questions or needs. Jim W. Woodstown, NJ

BEST SOLAR DEAL EVER!!

I have researched many solar companies for last three years (my other half used to install and sell solar in the past) and SUN UP ZERO DOWN has the best service and the greatest contract out there. I highly recommend!!

Great company to work with

Company is awesome and does what it says they will do. Crystal is awesome. She doesn’t waste time getting back to you even after hours and weekends. Brad is awesome. Scott and installation crew are awesome too. Joseph the sales manager is awesome too.
