First off you have I have to apologize I can't remember everyone's names, with that being said the installation was top notch very professional, and the electrician Scott did announce standing job along with other team members my sales Representatives took me through every aspect of the installation and all the paperwork, also like to thank Crystal never meant the girl but she was always there for me whenever I needed something to be fixed or answered

I have always heard the horrors of solar installation. My experience was quite the opposite. From start to finish Sun Up, Zero Down provided an efficient easy process of document review and signature. Communication and coordination between various agencies involved was transparent, but I was always informed as to status and progress. Answers to all my questions were quick and complete. The roof shingle install was great, and all work completed in one day. The Solar panel installation was coordinated well and also completed in one day. The installation supervisor was willing to answer all my questions about the system and was here for the final inspection. Overall, this was a very good experience, and everything happened as was explained upfront. I would recommend Sun Up, Zero Down for your Solar questions or needs. Jim W. Woodstown, NJ

I have researched many solar companies for last three years (my other half used to install and sell solar in the past) and SUN UP ZERO DOWN has the best service and the greatest contract out there. I highly recommend!!

Company is awesome and does what it says they will do. Crystal is awesome. She doesn’t waste time getting back to you even after hours and weekends. Brad is awesome. Scott and installation crew are awesome too. Joseph the sales manager is awesome too.

***Edit to thank the vendor for showing everyone what you’ll get when you do business with this company - no acknowledgment that the work was started over a month late, and no idea what is actually going on with the installation (my new meter was swapped in weeks ago). I’m always happy to get on a phone call, but no one here seems to be at work before 930am - at which point I’m already at work or otherwise busy for the day. To everyone else: as you see from the response below, only do business with this company if you have time to babysit them. I sincerely apologize for going on vacation and not answering your calls, clearly that is the reason that you missed your deadline by over a month and six months later my system isn’t turned on*** For six months I’ve been trying to get my system online (proposal says 8-10 weeks for the full process). When I reached out after 10 weeks asking when the install would begin, they acted like I was unreasonable. They don’t communicate *anything* to the customer proactively. I ask questions and they refuse to answer them. The contract states that the install will be completed on or before May 27, 2023. The install began on or around June 20, 2023. My roof began to leak in July 2023. The roof was six months old and never leaked before. They said that it wasn’t their fault that my roof was leaking. I had a contractor fix the roof because I was going on vacation. Two panels needed to be removed for the contractor to do the work. They did ultimately reimburse me for the work that needed to be done to the roof. In august 2023, they blamed me going on vacation for the delays in having the system turned on. I told them that I didn’t need to be home and that they could replace the panels whenever they wanted to. They replaced the panels. They flunked the first inspection, but won’t tell me why. They passed the second inspection. Now the system still isn’t turned on but they won’t tell me why, I’ve asked three times. Six months in the dark, and haven’t produced a single watt of electricity. Really not looking forward to arguing with them for the next 20 years if things aren’t going well with the system. Let’s hope that the quality of their install and quality of components is better than the quality of their communication and professionalism. My experience so far has me scared that I’ve made a big mistake.

The Sun Up Zero Down crew was prompt and professional. They completed the work efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. My attic was previously energy sealed with blown in insulation and foam sealing. This presented a challenge to pulling the wiring from the main attic through the knee wall. I preferred to minimize external wiring and they dealt with the situation without hesitation. I was very interested in some of the technical aspects of installation. They graciously answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights into my solar equipment. They really seemed to enjoy what they're are doing. I am delighted with the outcome as well as the whole process working with Sun Up Zero Down.
