Not impressed in the slightest

I bought my current home with solar panels already installed. I had to pay to get the array into my name. Because the gateway for the panels are connected via WiFi, I had to follow the instructions to provided by the company to do so. Well, it's been an entire year and the gateway STILL will not connect. I've been trying to call and email. All of the emails are bouncing back and undeliverable and every single phone number is coming up as "no longer in service". I was actually going to speak with them about possible battery storage but, not a chance now.

Stay away from this company!

I signed a contract and paid 1/3 down for a complete solar energy generation system for my home. The company never ordered the panels (even after 3 months and 10 days) and kept trying to get me to sign more expensive contracts. They were technically incompetent and even though they sent someone out to measure the roof they could not submit a to-scale drawing showing the correct number of panels that would fit on the roof. Stay away!!!!

Service less than stellar

Solar project completed just under a year ago. Have a bad panel now and it's been over a month. Took weeks to get an inspection, now weeks awaiting Q-cell's approval. Still have no date in sight for replacement. Unacceptable timeline and Erus offers nothing.
