Our relationship started off really great and John was awesome in the initial stages. We are happy and we recommended John whenever we can.

I've had the pleasure of working with John from Integrity Solar Solutions in installing an 8 kWh system on my home. I received quotes from multiple companies, but I felt most comfortable with ISS. It took roughly one month from signing the contract to having panels installed - all this including ISS taking care of all the permits with the town and utility co. This was much faster than my expectation of 2 months. John is easily reachable and highly responsive, and any questions/issues brought to his attention were addressed promptly. For example, post installation, John hopped on a Zoom conference call to help with registering for the NJ SREC program. I have no doubt he will be standing by the installation if I ever need support in the future.

Working with John Merriam and his Integrity team was great. All changes I requested to the design of the system were evaluated and implemented. His foreman, Juan, and electrician, Dan, were both very easy to work with and treated my home as if it was theirs. I would recommend the Integrity team to any relative, friend, or neighbor if they were interested in having a solar panel system installed!!

Getting solar is a big step and big expense. John was able to clarify and made every step simple. I had solar for about 1 year now and I am happy.

Having just bought a house with so many other expenses, it completely sidetracked my thoughts about having a solar system installed. However, When I spoke to John he put me at ease and explained the process thoroughly. Suddenly it all seemed possible and my mind did a complete 180. We were now all excited about long term saving and helping the earth at the same time. Professional and outgoing are only two words among many to describe this company.
