Troy and his install crew were all very professional to work with. Once they got going, it was all done very quickly. The only real wait was for the City of Richland to change the meters (not HSS' fault).

The Hot Solar Solutions installation of my solar panels was a very enjoyable experience. They provided a competitive bid and helped recommend a financing option for my 16.65kW system. The turnaround time from signing the contract to installation was surprisingly quick. All the employees that were involved in my installation were professional, respectful, courteous, and very friendly. The only issue I experienced was having to wait for the City of Richland to replace my existing meter with a digital model. While I was waiting, Troy kept me updated on the situation. After the digital meter was installed, Hot Solar was here to complete the installation and final configuration.

Hot solar solutions came out and gave me a bid. I compared it to 2 other companies and figured out that I was getting the best deal with Hot solar solutions. They took care of all the permitting requirements and suggested a few easy upgrades. The solar panels that I got are top of the line and don't require any maintenance. The installation of the panels took about 1 day and then the metering and final hook up took about 2 days. I would highly recommend Hot Solar Solutions to anyone looking at installing solar panels.

A quality company that was very professional and helpful regarding our solar system. On time for installation and set up with local power company. Troy was great. Highly recommend. They are a local company, which is how I prefer to spend my $$$.

We contacted many solar companies for consults and bids! There were some companies that were very sketchy, some seemed just fine, but Hot Solar felt like the right choice. WE DO NOT REGRET OUR DECISION! Hot solar had a fair price, communicated the process very well, was on time for the installation, and our system is live (and working great!). We would definitely recommend Troy and his team. All of my questions were addressed and it’s always nice supporting a local, honest business here in the TriCities.

Absolutely first-class job of selection and installation. We could not be more pleased with our system and it has been running flawlessly for 6 months now. Also, the price was the lowest of the "qualified" installers. Be careful there are a lot of cowboys out there that we leave you in a hole. We did our research and requested bids from three quality bonded companies with solid track records and references. Hot Solar beat the competition by several thousand dollars. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a solar install.
