From the first contact I felt this company truly cared and was concerned with providing me with the best system for my needs and whether it was in my best interest to purchase or lease. Oz explained every detail and answered all my questions thoroughly. Oz, Jesse, Amanda, Tyler and all the staff were so professional and knowledgeable and friendly. They responded quickly to any questions I had and I was kept up to date throughout the process on what to expect and timelines. I received regular phone calls to ask how I was doing and if I had any questions. I felt truly cared for and like family. I am so incredibly pleased with the installation and the beautiful work done on our home. I am so thankful we went with Sunpower panels. There truly is no comparison with the quality. Our experience with SunMade Energy was top notch. Our representatives, Armando, Oz and Amanda worked diligently to get our project completed with short notice and before our deadline. This meant they took the time to work beyond their schedules to provide such excellent service and installation of our solar project. We had many digital glitches during the process of trying to sign up. This was no fault of SunMade’s but they worked with us repeatedly to remedy the situation and never got frustrated with us. They were very professional, kind, courteous and went out of their way to be supportive and informative. Every person we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. I just want to say it has been a real pleasure having SunMade Solar install our Solar System. ! From the 1st call to the complete installation the solar system was producing power in 3 1/2 weeks. I think I will be waiting longer on S.C Edison to start counting the power than it was to have it installed. The system is very clean and looks wonderful on our roof. ! Oz has a great Solar company with employee’s that one can tell enjoy working for him. Outstanding Solar Company I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for Solar.
