ReNew Solar Solutions

I successfully work with numerous contractors, but Renew Solar Solutions has been the absolute WORST and most BIZARRE experience ever seen. I was subjected to false accusations, combative responses to polite inquiries, and outright betrayal of trust from those I welcomed into my home. No amount of apologizing or offer of refund can redeem ReNew Solar Solutions. I am at a loss as to what ReNew Solar Solutions might try next and have had to BLOCK ReNew Solar Solutions from further contact. These are the types of outfits that give solar a bad name. No one should be subjected to such manufactured nonsense. What should have been a joyous fulfillment of a lifelong dream ReNew Solar Solutions made into a permanent reminder of inexplicable abuse. It is with tremendous regret that this review was painfully earned by ReNew Solar Solutions.

We have just finished our installation of solar panels for our home by ReNew Solar Solutions and were extremely happy with the process and result. From the initial planning visits through the installation, the crew was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The owners were very helpful in working with us with payment issues and making it easy to fit on our schedule. We thought that the pricing was better than some of the other quotes we had received. The installation crew headed up by Brandon and Tyler were extremely hard working, polite and efficient. They kept a clean work site which was important since were are living there. Our almost 70 year old, multiply rennovated house presented some interesting challenges for them but they were able to get done what we wanted. On the day that power had to be shut down, Brandon and Tyler stayed until 10 pm even though we tried to send them home. "We are not going to leave you without having you up and running tonight." That is the kind of dedication and service that we received from them. We obviously are VERY pleased..

We purchased a complete whole home totally off grid system for our 3200 sq ft new construction home from Renew Solar and could not be happier with our system!! I went into this worried that we would have to carefully budget our energy consumption but that has not been true. The system runs our entire home including HVAC and charging our plug in hybrid vehicle with absolutely no worry that we will run out of power. The panels produce even on cloudy/rainy days and the batteries store plenty of power for the nights. The team was incredible to work with and professional at every level!

This company certainly did Everything they said they would do and more. I had them install off the grid solar and on grid, Solar. They worked with my existing generator to make a seamless package when all the power went out two weeks later, I did not know the power was out until I asked my neighbor. We agreed on a price and they stuck to it even when I said, give me some more receptacles and lights. They make sure that you’re informed about Solar Rebates that I will apply for with their help January ‘26. Great people!
