We have just finished our installation of solar panels for our home by ReNew Solar Solutions and were extremely happy with the process and result. From the initial planning visits through the installation, the crew was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. The owners were very helpful in working with us with payment issues and making it easy to fit on our schedule. We thought that the pricing was better than some of the other quotes we had received. The installation crew headed up by Brandon and Tyler were extremely hard working, polite and efficient. They kept a clean work site which was important since were are living there. Our almost 70 year old, multiply rennovated house presented some interesting challenges for them but they were able to get done what we wanted. On the day that power had to be shut down, Brandon and Tyler stayed until 10 pm even though we tried to send them home. "We are not going to leave you without having you up and running tonight." That is the kind of dedication and service that we received from them. We obviously are VERY pleased..

This company certainly did Everything they said they would do and more. I had them install off the grid solar and on grid, Solar. They worked with my existing generator to make a seamless package when all the power went out two weeks later, I did not know the power was out until I asked my neighbor. We agreed on a price and they stuck to it even when I said, give me some more receptacles and lights. They make sure that you’re informed about Solar Rebates that I will apply for with their help January ‘26. Great people!

I've now been through three different solar contractors in the past 2 years. We had a full system installed by a company that is no longer in business. We had 13kw of panels, inverter, 18 kw battery bank, and a 24kw generator installed. Our entire system was from designed by and ordered through a licensed and trained Generac dealer. The process took way to long, a year, and they went belly up just as we went live. Within a few months the system went down. Another contractor was assigned by generac. They found a short in the junction box on the roof. Once the system was up and running again it lasted several months and went out again. Generac assigned a new contractor, Renew Solar Solutions, out of Nashville, TN. The responded in a reasonable time frame, identified the problem, ordered the part and we were back up and running. We operate a horse farm in North Alabama and I can tell you that I'm not much on providing reviews of products that I have purchased.  When I do it's only after I am really sold on that product.  ReNew installed an array of 76 panels, two stacks of 8 batteries and two SolArc Inverters for me last August of 23.  I have now experienced the system performance in the extremes of both summer and winter.  I can report that the system is incredible.  We have a 3800 sq ft home that is pretty power hungry and we seldom have to go to the grid for power.  It was darned expensive and at current power rates will take 10+ years to pay for itself but I am 100% convinced that everyone is going to experience significant cost increases for power in the not so distant future. As for working with ReNew, they have been great.  They designed the system, gave installation dates and did exactly what they promised.  I'm used to having to deal with the "aftermath" of jobs like this on our farm and the ReNew guys astounded me with the care they took of my place both during and after the installation, and they have been really good with supporting me as I got used to using the system. I am very satisfied with ReNew.  I've seen a number of installations that looked like DIY jobs and their work is far superior to anything I've seen outside of a couple of really large industrial installations.  I'd say that if you can afford it, solar is an excellent hedge against high cost or even extended loss of service and ReNew are definitely the folks I'd recommend to do the work for you.
