ATX Solar

I did a fair amount of research, and ATX Solar appeared to really have their act together. Excellent website and very knowledgeable sales support from Caleb. As warned, it took a couple of months to get the system actually installed and approved. Anne, the project manager, kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was very patient with my questions. Now that it’s all in and running, I’m happy. There were a couple of errors during the installation, but they were all resolved quickly and painlessly.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by ATX Solar regarding my solar system. My micro-inverters have been consistently offline and unresponsive, and despite repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, it has taken weeks—sometimes months—for anyone to come out and assess the situation. As of now, I am still waiting for a meaningful update. In the meantime, I am forced to continue paying my electric bill as if I never had solar panels, while also covering the cost of the solar system itself. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and even had a conversation with an Enphase representative. The Enphase representative suggested that the issue may be related to wiring from the initial installation. However, no action has been taken, and I am left in limbo with no clear resolution in sight. To make matters worse, I have been unable to get a timely response from the company. My attempts to escalate the issue have gone unanswered for weeks, and whenever I try to call, I am directed to a single point of contact who never answers. This lack of communication and failure to address critical issues is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider, as the service and support have been far below expectations. At this point, I am desperate for a resolution and would appreciate any update on when this matter will finally be addressed.

I’ve wanted Solar for a very long time. I met with more than one company and after comparing everything I was told and following up with some of my own research, I went with ATX Solar with all the confidence in the world. Caleb Spencer was my salesman. He’s also cofounder, co-owner, and is super knowledgeable. He is so dedicated to everything this company does. He was able to correct some of the information I was provided by others and all of it was backed up by my research. This company is a one-stop shop for solar. The only thing the employees of this company don’t do is build your panels and necessary components. They have ATX Solar employees who are your engineers, installers and they keep you informed. No third party installers! They pull permits, make sure things are inspected, set you up with the company that will receive and deliver your energy. They do so much and they care about their customers. I could go on and on but I won’t. BUT, if that’s not enough, this company and all its employees are involved in the community and Texas. There are local companies they volunteer for and, if my memory serves me correctly, they sponsor a sea turtle nest at the coast! (My favorite
