ATX Solar has been great to work with. From the very beginning, they took the time to educate me on solar and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured or rushed. It really felt like they cared more about helping us find the right fit for our family than just trying to sell us something. We ended up going with a fully owned solar system with battery backup, and we were also able to take advantage of the residential tax credit while it was still available. Their customer service throughout the entire process was amazing. They handled everything from permitting to HOA approval, which made everything so easy on our end. It’s now been about a year since our system was installed, and we’ve had zero power outages even when other people in our neighborhood have lost power. Our electric bills have stayed low, and over the past couple of months ATX Solar even helped us switch to a better electric plan for our needs. We’ve actually had a negative electric bill for the last two months. I would absolutely recommend ATX Solar to anyone considering solar or even just wanting to learn more about it. They really take the time to explain everything and make the whole experience feel comfortable and easy.

I got both solar panels and a backup battery from ATXSolar. I was really impressed with how they helped determine the right fit for me. They could have tried to sell me panels I didn’t need, but instead they looked at my current electricity usage and the placement of panels and found a configuration that took care of my needs and didn’t break the bank. My neighbors had a power outage last week. I didn’t even notice because my backup battery kept everything running. Thanks ATXSolar!

Would not do business with again. We were promised a sign on bonus - never received and the tech was fired so we lost any source of that information. It has been nonstop problems since installation. Mostly due to billing disputes and their continued problems with our automatic billing. It causes us to be behind on payments which then added many fees when we had auto-draft. It took months to get them to resolve the problem and they still tried to make us pay the fees even though we had been trying to pay the whole time. We ended up having to pay over $1k as a one-time payment and we were given a discounted monthly cost as long as “every auto withdrawal after actually comes out on time” 7+ months later and we still have to constantly call to ensure it’s being paid because the autodraft still isn’t working. We have been gaslit and even cussed out by people there, and we even had one guy who had a strong accent at first eventually lose his accent while talking to us and spoke fluent and clear English. At this time, we are considering our options. But hey, maybe I’ll win a free cooler for my review

I did a fair amount of research, and ATX Solar appeared to really have their act together. Excellent website and very knowledgeable sales support from Caleb. As warned, it took a couple of months to get the system actually installed and approved. Anne, the project manager, kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was very patient with my questions. Now that it’s all in and running, I’m happy. There were a couple of errors during the installation, but they were all resolved quickly and painlessly.

Good communication and kept to the timeline. Quality products at a great price.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by ATX Solar regarding my solar system. My micro-inverters have been consistently offline and unresponsive, and despite repeated attempts to reach out for assistance, it has taken weeks—sometimes months—for anyone to come out and assess the situation. As of now, I am still waiting for a meaningful update. In the meantime, I am forced to continue paying my electric bill as if I never had solar panels, while also covering the cost of the solar system itself. I have contacted the company multiple times via email and even had a conversation with an Enphase representative. The Enphase representative suggested that the issue may be related to wiring from the initial installation. However, no action has been taken, and I am left in limbo with no clear resolution in sight. To make matters worse, I have been unable to get a timely response from the company. My attempts to escalate the issue have gone unanswered for weeks, and whenever I try to call, I am directed to a single point of contact who never answers. This lack of communication and failure to address critical issues is completely unacceptable. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider, as the service and support have been far below expectations. At this point, I am desperate for a resolution and would appreciate any update on when this matter will finally be addressed.
