Every step of the process was great from start to finish. Jesse Ryan, our salesman, was very helpful and professional about explaining the whole process and the options available. Pre inspection (for, electrical system) was done professionally. All the paperwork (building, electrical permits and contacting our electricity provider) was handled quickly and efficiently. The actual installation was completed in one day. The only minor issue we had was with the CTs polarity being reversed and that was solved remotely within a couple of days. Highly recommended to anyone looking to go solar!

My experience with New York State Solar Farm was truly exceptional from start to finish. Every professional I worked with, including Gabby in sales, Vinny, Joe, Eric, and the installation team, was warm, friendly, and professional. I learned a great deal from them, and their expertise was invaluable. I became interested in solar panels after hearing about the positive experiences of colleagues. With the Federal Investment Tax Credit and New York State's NY-Sun Program offering significant incentives, it seemed like a smart decision. I spent months researching and discussing solar panels with neighbors to find any potential downsides. The only challenge I encountered was the size of my roof, which might limit the system's ability to fully cover my energy needs. NYSSF was quite flexible in by digging a trench to the detached garage, so we can install additional panels on the garage. I am grateful that NYSSF’s accommodating with the trenching and the installation. Most likely, I will ask NYSSF to install more panels on the north-facing roof. I will probably also ask them to install an electric vehicle charger. I highly recommend New York State Solar Farm for their professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

The team at NYSSF made my install process easy and complete. Every step of the way, the office staff, Gabby, Allyson and the team kept me updated on where we were in the process. Installation day was a terrible post ice storm and the crew worked un the cold and wind to get my system installed. The loan process was easy, form signed online and a complete job well done.
