Very good company

We decided to go solar after an American Sentry Solar agent handed us a flier at our home; however, he could not answer my questions. The company scheduled an appointment for an a sells agent to come to our home and explain the whole business/process. However, after insisting that my wife must be at the counseling session (claiming a Maryland law), it took several weeks for the sells person to visit with us. With using some high sells pressure, he managed to convince us to sign up right away. It did not take long for all the permits to be in pave and, a couple of weeks later, the installing crew came over and did a very good job, they were very professional. A inspection was quickly performed and the local power company (BGE) installed a NET meter and the solar power was turned on. It has been a couple of months and the system has worked fairly well, except a couple of times the system failed over weekends, but the company sent its personnel to quickly fix it. So far, we have been pleased on how American Sentry Solar has handled our system. Very professional. My only wish is that the company were operating in more than three Maryland counties, which would make much easier to refer folks to it. Many of our friends in DC Metro Area would like to install the same solar system but, unfortunately, the company does not operate in their counties. JM
