We were new to researching solar and were pretty overwhelmed with all of the information out there. All the companies we called for quotes were good, but Helios really stood out with their hands on approach and expertise. They were attentive and understanding of our specific needs, encouraged us to get as informed as we needed, and also were grounded in their recommendations based on their expertise and years of experience. We love our system and they have also been very responsive to any questions we have after it was put in. It is such a big project to take on and such a relief when you have a great company taking care of you. Would give 6 stars if we could!

Helios Solar Team was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. They provided an excellent plan that would fit my home, answered all my questions. Installation was excellent and worked seamlessly with the energy company to ensure the energy I am creating is credited to my account. Going solar is something I have wanted to do for a long time. The time was right and I am happy that I went Solor! Thanks to the Helios team! You are awesome!

Our first installation was with Helios. They just took care of everything and it worked. After the install they continued to monitor and maintain the system. We would get a call saying they saw something that needed attention. Helios would make sure we knew what was happening and they scheduled a time to come over and they just took care of it. We built a new home and we made sure Helios was involved from the beginning. We installed the largest array we could. I wish we had more room. When it came time to activate the system, Consumers Energy denied us. They claimed we couldn't use all the power. I have a Bolt EV and we knew we would use everything from the solar system and then some. Helios was on it. They handled all of the communication with Consumers. They were polite, professional and they got it done. I could not ask for a better experience.

We contacted Helios Solar after looking up several companies through the BBB. We wanted a company that was MI based, had been in business for at least 10 years, and had great reviews. We interviewed three companies. Helios Solar was by far the best. They were exceptionally professional from the first moment we contacted them, and they walked us through the whole process of installing solar on the roof of our house. They answered all of our questions with a wonderful amount of detailed information. It was a pleasure to work with Brandon and Connor. They were both very responsive whenever we had questions, and they even took care of coordinating with Consumers Energy to get us connected to the electrical grid exceptionally quickly. I would very highly recommend Helios Solar to anyone looking to get solar installed. It has been a fantastic experience!

I contracted with Helios 2 years ago after a long shopping process with several installers. They placed my 10k array quickly and, quickly took care of any instillation hiccups. Since then, trey have answered my questions and quickly replaces a bad micro inverter. I would use them again.

Helios Solar did a fantastic job from start to finish. Brandon, Connor, and the entire team did an OUTSTANDING job. As our demand for energy has increased we have gone back to them to add capacity to our system and each time they have responded very professionally.
