Ocotillo was recommended by a friend and colleague with a promise that they'd put you first and would enthusiastically make sure you understood every step of the process from many angles. They delivered! We had a 23panel solar system (so cool to say to you have your own solar system) installed. Dominic spent a whole hour plus in person explaining the entire deal and answering any questions we had. The communication was constant with the office. The work crew was great too, and did a hell of a job doing the installation in the July heat. I highly recommend them!

I can't recommend this company enough. Solar is a huge financial commitment, and Ocotillo Solar met and exceeded all of the expectations we had for our home install. We initially took 3 quotes from the highest ranked companies in town, and it was Dominic's technical knowledge and competitive pricing (not the cheapest) that won us over. It's not easy working around a 2-story metal roof discreetly wiring up all of these panels from one end to the other while making it aesthetically pleasing, but they did just that. They even triple checked that I was happy with everything, made any necessary cosmetic touch ups, and showed sincere care for my concerns. The install was a 12KWH system that utilized REC400A panels, and SolarEdge power optimizers and inverter. I chose a single inverter over microinverters (enphase) because of the DC to DC efficiency, and if the inverter fails, it's easy to access and replace in the garage, rather than on the roof under panels. A 30 year warranty on all of the equipment was also a huge plus. Most importantly: Dominic and his team really nailed the whole process with their clear communication and being able to effectively coordinate all of the state, county, and PNM obstacles. The install is one thing, but the entire process can be a chore, and Ocotillo Solar made it easy and stress free.

We chose Ocotillo last year. Dominic worked with us step by step, to get all the HOA clearances, permits through the state and PMN, inspections, financing, etc. Dominic coordinated with the roofer to make sure everything was done correctly, plus he worked around other activities like window install, and stucco. once it was finally done, he went step by step through operation, instructions, monitoring of the system. Our system has been in for almost a year now and we still couldn't be happier. our bill thus far has been 8.19 every month. We had the proper paperwork from Ocotillo and were able to get the tax rebate from state and federal to help offset the overall cost. glad we took the leap

Working with Ocotillo was a delight! My residential rooftop solar project had some complications, yet the Ocotillo team had no problem finding solutions. Communication was excellent through all project phases. Professionalism is an ethos fully realized by the leadership team. Dominic was great to work with. We wanted a patio built with solar panels as the roof. He worked with us to find a builder for the patio. He was with us every step of the way, moving the project forward with builder, permitting, and everything in between. He was always available to answer questions, even if I'd already asked them before.

After a long search, we chose Ocotillo to install the solar panels on our home. Everything went smoothly and Ocotillo demonstrated the patience of Job answering innumerable questions. The crew that did the install was great and all the follow-up was just super. And by the way, the price was awesome and fit our budget.
