Strawberry Solar

I liked working with Strawberry Solar because I could work directly with the engineer, Gunnar Groesbeck. Gunnar is very knowledgeable and responded quickly to my questions and my input on design. Installation and inspection went smoothly, so start-up was on schedule in May 2025. The system produced 90.2% of the power predicted in the first year. I attribute most of the difference to higher-than-usual cloud cover and snowpack. By comparison, May 2026 produced 9% more than May 2025 because we had more sunny days. I cannot report the effect on my electric bill because we started charging a new EV at the same time the system went online. I believe the solar panels are an excellent long term financial investment. I also find it satisfying to have a personal stake in energy diversification.

Terrific experience. Very knowledgeable and professional - they were an essential contributor to my system design. Patiently answered all of my questions and provided detailed analysis of many options. Installation was hassle free and expertly completed. They communicated timelines and next steps clearly - and they kept their word. After sale support has been terrific - they are available and responsive. I can not say enough positive - I am completely happy one year after install. I got what they promised.

I had a great team- my only suggested improvement would be a little more frequent communication during the wait to get permits and scheduling. The quality of work was superior, the people were all knowledgeable. Hint for the future- do a follow up call 30 days after- I think I might like to add some more solar and definitely need to add some wind generating capability. I paid a high amount, but I feel it was worth it. Will buy again.

I had an extremely positive experience from quote to install! Solar expert Josh M. and Installation Project Manager Leo S. were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions about solar panels with battery backup. They handled all the permits promptly and scheduled all the inspections with the city, electricians, & electric company flawlessly! Strawberry was even able to install my solar system a month earlier than originally planned. With a wealth of solar panel & battery technical knowledge, 15 years experience in the solar industry, and incredible customer service response, I can't say enough positive things about Strawberry Solar! I've already recommended Strawberry to coworkers. 5/5 stars for sure and I'd give them more if I could!
