The up front process with Action Solar was good. They made it easy from the start until Installation. Then it gets bad. After a little while getting used to the app and the info from my solar gateway, I discovered my "consumption" numbers were way off. I emailed multiple times to have someone take a look, but was ghosted. I even went directly to the website and tried to get someone to contact me there, but no one would return any correspondence. That left me to try and figure it out myself. What I discovered was one of the consumption transformers was damaged during installation. I had to purchase a new one with my own money, install it, and go through Enphase directly to make it work because Action Solar would not return a phone call or email. Be advised, you will get no after-install support.

Action Solar did a great job on installing our tracker system. They did many extra little things to make the process go smoothly.

Action Solar and Electric are always great to work with. They are very knowledgable about all aspects of solar installations. They can provide roof mount systems, solar carports, or bi-directional solar trackers. They have done several systems for my clients, and people always enjoy working with them and are pleased with the results.
