they did a great job installing the 1st time. THE ISSUE - I needed my roof replaced. they removed on november 15th, but took over 16 weeks to reinstall. was told they would be off for 4 weeks at the most. (weather played a small role in set back) was finally given a date of Feb 5th for reinstall. Got a call from scheduler saying he never got this job in system and would now be march 10 before the could get to me. final install date was 3/20 - (over 16 weeks without producing) witch cost me an extra $600 due to the poor scheduling on their part. Hopefully there is not a next time. A Not so happy customer

Solar Power Pros did a great job with our solar installation. All the way from sales, design, and installation SPP stepped up and delivered. They handled all of the interfacing with Xcel and even helped out with our HOA approval. The installation was very quick and well done. Activation was slow, but that is Xcel's fault for being way behind schedule.

Solar Power Pros offered me a price that was right at the best of several other competitors, with a very short installation window (2 months when others were offering 3-6 months). The system has performed right about where I expected it based on the sales pitch, while some of the competitors had pitched me just as much power per year from maybe half as much wattage in solar panels. Additionally, I was quite impressed with the warranty, which was much better than competitors offered.

As retired electronics engineer, I vetted 6 companies when looking for an EV system. Solar Power Pros were very knowledge during my vetting process, answering all of my technical questions. My electric suppliers net meter only allows 10 KW to be applied to the grid, and five of the six companies quoted a 10 KW system. Solar Power Pros was the only company that quoted a 19.8 KW system, and explained how the inverter would max out and limit the output to 10 KW. I verified with my electric supplier's technical department that the system quoted would meet their requirements. So far, I had only one issue with a circuit breaker that kept tripping. They did repair the issue in a reasonable period of time especially considering it occurred near the July 4th weekend. I am very pleased with the EV system.

From the initial detailing of the solar power plans, to the site review, to financing, to design, installation and commissioning... Solar Power Pros showed their commitment to quality work, good communication, and the ultimate goal, a satisfied customer. Project management, timeline, and budget were also on their minds as they navigated each of the details in the process of designing, installing and commissioning the equipment. Install crew was courteous and knowledgeable. Overall, they have Pros in their title for a reason. A job well-done.
