Would NOT Recommend

We had our solar panels removed to have our roof done. AZ Solar Concepts was supposed to put them back on after our roof was installed. They did, but ever since then we have not been producing solar. The real issue is, I have not been able to get ahold of anybody at the office. I have left several voicemails. I did receive only one call back saying they would come out on a Saturday to look into the issue. I called back, of course got voicemail. I waited all day Saturday for somebody to show up and NOTHING. We are out $2,400 just for the solar and now loosing money every hour due to our home not producing solar. I would NOT recommend this company. Hopefully this review finally gets us a call back. I'd be happy to remove it if the issue is resolved.

Greatness

I have worked with other solar energy companies, Arizona Solar Concepts is by far the greater company. They went above and beyond to assure I understood everything and helped with the app to watch over my services very polite, considerate and very professional U would recommend that if your going to get solar you contact Arizona Solar Concepts first and not bother to get the runaround form the other companies Thank You Arizona Solar Concepts your the greatest.

Excellent experience

We contacted several suppliers of Solar before deciding on Arizona Solar Concepts. We contacted "Lease" companies that wanted to charge us our average electric bill each month. Zero savings! Arizona Solar Concepts installed our 18 panel system and the first month, we discarded our electric bill. It was negative! They owed us! It was the same for the rest if the time we owned the house. No more $280 electric bill in the hottest 3 months. No more $190 in the next hottest months! All electric was free. The state and federal rebates made our system affordable. We'd get a complete payback in 7 years! 100% of the cost saved and returned in 7 years while enjoying AC set at 73!
