Evolution Energy

Working Evolution Solar Energy was a painless experience. First, with Alex who was very informative and answered all my questions. Since I felt nervous about the process and I called quite often. He was alway patient and and put me at ease that things were going on schedule. Second, the installation team was great, very fast and neat. A one day installation for me. Third, on my final inspection I want to thank Sam. The inspector came and Sam was prepared for all possible repairs or adjustments that had to be made that same day, again I was a little nervous, but he set me at ease and made the adjustments and we passed. All in all working with Evolution Solar Energy was an excellent experience.

Bottom line up front: Evolution Energy are pros, deliver a great product, are solid for communication. I have no regrets with using them & I'm thankful for my (bragging) 44 panel system! I'll try to keep this short, but highlight 4 points that I think we all value: (1) Initiation / Quoting (2) Price (3) Install (4) Inspection (1) Alex is the best. He gives almost immediate replies, shows up on time, and answers all of your questions. Truly his professionalism made this a 1-vendor type of situation. Usually I get 3-4 quotes, in person, for such a big project. But with EnergySage as my first filter & Alex as the interface... I went with my first quote. Thanks Alex! (2) The company will work lots of options with you. We reviewed loans, with various rates, and various fees. Alex kept providing me with quotes over & over to get to where I was happy. In the end, I went all cash to save money in the long run... but Alex will really tailor to your needs. And the price (per EnergySage quotes) was one of the best. Not the lowest, but the best for the product you get. (3) Sam and the team are excellent. They did a real nice install, and were very professional. They even painted my Tesla charger conduit so it would match. A great job done by that team. (4) Sunny came out for the inspection. It was boring, inspector had nothing to say. .... A perfect inspection! Sunny got the system online & was on his way, even with a late inspector. Alex, Sam, Sunny - thank you! I hope you continue to thrive after NM3.0 comes online... And Bruce... thanks for a good design. I know you're there in the background.

We had the opportunity to work with Alex Harokhau of Evolution Energy. We found Alex to be very responsive and provided lots of knowledge. This knowledge was not only about the Evolution Energy products, but insights as to things to be aware of when considering solar. Evolution Energy was one of the five companies we canvassed for solar on our home. The user tools they provided were very dynamic and easy for the end user to experiment with during the evaluation period. While Evolution Energy came in a close second, their proposed components were top notch.

We settled on the proposal from Evolution Solar Energy (Evolution Energy) after speaking with neighbors installing solar on their homes and utilizing EnergySage.com to receive additional solar project proposals from well qualified, vetted and experienced solar project installers. The proposal from Evolution Energy was financially competitive, very detailed, the equipment being proposed - the panels and inverters were highly rated, and the work utilized multi-inverters as opposed to a single inverter installation. Evolution Energy worked closely with us from beginning to completion of the job, prior to beginning the work we asked Evolution Energy to come out and walk us through what work they would be doing and they did. They notified us as to when they would be coming out to perform the work. On the day the work was to begin equipment was dropped off in the morning and the workers arrived about 9:00 AM. All work was completed in one day (the installation of the solar panels, combiner box and electrical disconnect boxes). Evolution Energy even went so far as to paint the the electrical conduit installed the same color as our house and stone rock in front of the house - we did not expect this kind of service. The workers were friendly and courteous and cleaned up after all work was completed. We were extremely pleased with Evolution Energy's work and would absolutely use them again. Mark Grajeda
