Heath from Imagine was by far the most knowledgeable of the three bidders we called. The install process went quite smoothly. The install is very tidy and easy to live with. We're 3 months in, and still no problems. I couldn't ask for much more!

Imagine Energy was great to work with. There was some supply chain issues but not the fault of Imagine Energy and we ended up with a better product in the end!

Imagine was recommended by a solar enthusiast neighbor and proved to be everything he said they would be. From the design process to the final execution, they were positive, pleasant, affordable and thoroughly professional. We live in a floating home, so our job presented some site-specific challenges that Imagine handled quite well, including unforeseen delays in the inspection process by the City of Portland. From Heath Kearns, to the installation crew (who worked long hours through a couple of very hot days) to Shannon Wall, Imagine more than lived up to their recommendation. Now we are up and generating! The Enlighten monitoring system is very, very cool. Big thumbs up!

I did the recommended multiple-bid approach to getting solar installed on my home and felt that the sales-first approach of other companies was off-putting. Before selecting ImagineEnergy for our domestic rooftop solar project a little over a year ago, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of all the solar contractors. This evaluation involved a spreadsheet with at least 100 cells in it, and a scoring system, based on everything from price to experience to our impressions when talking to folks. ImagineEnergy came out first. The process all the way through went smoothly. They were responsive and fast. They knew what they were doing. They went out of their way to talk to other condo owners in our complex. They obtained a variance so we could fit more panels on the roof. Installation went great. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even conducted an efficiency audit to help us reduce energy waste. Since then, all has been good. The panels look great. They have operated flawlessly. When a roofing inspector came out to evaluate our neighbor condo's roof, he told me he was impressed with how well they were installed. And on these hot summer days in Oregon, it's nice to be able to turn on the AC and not have to worry much about the cost. I definitely recommend ImagineEnergy.
