WORTH EVERY PENNY

We spent alot of time shopping and when we found out the MAX Hybrid was finally available. Incredible. We were away on vacation & one of the cells needed service, we were texted & emailed by Duracell, a tech was at our home the day we got home. The system was flawless through a crazy series of blackouts last week. Very Happy!

Worst system ever

I purchased the Duracell Power Center 2 years ago and it has been the worst regret of my life. The Company that installed it has had nothing but issues trying to get Duracell to help with all of the issues I am having and they (Duracell) have the worst Customer Service. I was given to the "Top person", so he says, Edwin Smith and he is the most inept employee that Duracell employs. My system has so many concerns and Duracell won't uphold their Warranty. My app has not worked in weeks and was down for the first year I owned it. The system/battery itself was installed and didn't work for over a month and we had to wait for a replacement part. Duracell should have replaced it then but would not. Now the Power Center just shuts down for NO reason and Duracell keeps saying that it is a brown out? I called my Electrical provider and they said we haven't had "brownouts" in over 30 years. Duracell has no desire to back their product and seem to be hoping that everyone will live with the fact that Duracell is a big brand name. The system has been down for more time than I have had Power outages. IF Edwin Smith is their top guy it is time for a change. I hope that Duracell will back their product as I know that the system is the worst out there. If I could rate this system as all zero's I would! I advise others to look at their options. There are other companies selling Power Centres who I have since learned don't have the same issues Duracell does. Buyer beware!

Loving my new Duracell Power Center!

Just got the Duracell Power Center hooked up to my solar panels and it’s awesome! Prosolar Systems did the install and they were amazing. Super quick and professional, they had everything up and running in no time. Using this battery is super easy. I can check how much power I’m using and switch between solar and battery without any hassle. It’s really cool seeing how much I save on electricity bills now. Plus, I don’t worry about power cuts anymore. Big thumbs up to Duracell and Prosolar Systems for this setup. If you’re thinking about getting a home battery, I totally recommend this one!

Duracell Power Center home battery and solar installation in N. CA

We recently added a Duracelll Power Center home battery and solar system to our home in N. CA. We had a great experience from proposal through application/permitting to installation. We included 40kWh of storage to the system and look forward to the comfort of power backup during the upcoming winter season. We can easily recommed the Duracell Powetr Center(and will) products to all!
