Great customer service

Joey Cerda is our salesperson. He has done a great job checking on us and if we have any problems or complaints about our panels, we have no complaints and are very happy with the non-existing power bills This is a good company and salesperson. I highly recommend VIBE SOLAR

Support service

Ever since May 2022 I have been trying to have them install a new modem so I can monitor my system. I gave Pablo the local supervisor a check for $360 to pay for it when installed. They cashed the check and today 9-29-2023 I am still waiting for modem to be install. I have gotten nothing but the run around and feel like a fool leaving messages that never get answered. DO NOT BUY SOLAR systems from this people.

Fantastic customer service and follow through.

The vibe solar team did a fantastic job from the sales man to the installers to the loan process. No matter what issues I had they made sure it was addressed immediately. The panels were installed by true professionals. Looks great and the way they ran the conduit told me that these guys really knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Great family company
