Vibe Solar

Ever since May 2022 I have been trying to have them install a new modem so I can monitor my system. I gave Pablo the local supervisor a check for $360 to pay for it when installed. They cashed the check and today 9-29-2023 I am still waiting for modem to be install. I have gotten nothing but the run around and feel like a fool leaving messages that never get answered. DO NOT BUY SOLAR systems from this people.

Our overall review is Vibe Solar and Alan Truex are a good team and Family for Solar. We love our Solar. Thanks so much. We would refer customers.

The vibe solar team did a fantastic job from the sales man to the installers to the loan process. No matter what issues I had they made sure it was addressed immediately. The panels were installed by true professionals. Looks great and the way they ran the conduit told me that these guys really knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND!

Vibe solar is a great company who really cares about you. My system wasn't performing properly and they refunded money to me.

I reached out to Alan Truex at Vibe Solar in May of 2021 on the recommendation of a friend. He met with me and helped me price out a system to meet my needs. I explained that I was in NO rush and he had no issues with that. In fact, I didn't hear from him again until I decided I was ready to move forward. End of August, I let him know I wanted to move forward with the proposal, and within 3 days I had people at the house measuring the roof for the system. Once we agreed on the final project, the Solar panels were installed within a week. Due to some delays with SCE, my Permission to Operate was slightly delayed, but Vibe was great throughout the process. I would recommend 1000/1000
