I had a very disappointing experience with this solar company from beginning to end. At first, the technician came out and gave us a price that sounded fair and reasonable. We were told everything was included and that the process would be simple and straightforward. After moving forward, the office suddenly changed the numbers and increased the price with additional charges that were never clearly explained in the beginning. It felt very misleading and dishonest. Communication was one of the biggest problems. Every time we called the office, we got different answers from different people. Nobody seemed to know what was going on, and nobody wanted to take responsibility for the mistakes. They were quick to pressure us into signing paperwork, but once issues started, customer service became very difficult to deal with. Calls were not returned on time, emails were ignored, and we constantly had to follow up ourselves. The whole experience felt more focused on taking money than actually helping customers. Important details were not explained clearly, and we felt like the company kept changing things after agreements were already discussed. Instead of feeling excited about going solar, the process became stressful and frustrating. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company read every document carefully and get absolutely everything in writing before agreeing to anything. Ask questions about every fee and do not rely only on verbal promises from the salesperson or technician. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to friends or family.

The technician gave us one price, but once the office got involved the price suddenly became much higher. It felt very misleading and unprofessional. The office seemed more focused on charging extra money than honoring what was originally promised. Communication between the tech and office was terrible, and we felt pressured into paying more than expected. Very disappointing experience overall.

Nelson Castro, my point of contact has been great. From start to finish, he has been there. He answered every question with patience, professionalism and knowledge. He has been thoroughly thorough. I give him my highest accolades and recommendations.

The level of professionalism they offer is unbeatable, the amount of comfortability Kevin & Nelson provide is outstanding. It’s been almost a year now with my Solar system and I couldn't Be happier I personally was referred to SunFire construction and I’ve been in the market for years but never wanted to pull a trigger right then and there after meeting with them.
