Infinity solar has been terrific. The purchasing process was smooth and the salesman was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. They were comprehensive in filing for permits and contacting the local utility supplier. The installation team, both the roofer and electrician parts, were professional, efficient, and friendly. They communicated well during the installation process, which was painless. I am grateful they were able to complete my installation before the end of the year

I've heard a lot of nightmares about solar companies doing installs with hidden fees, or that are unresponsive once the install is completed. So far, I've been pleasantly surprised. Any issues with the install were fixed in a timely fashion, and we've since had some problems with one or two panels, but each time, Infinity Solar has come to fix it. I recommend their services.

We relied on Infinity twice to install solar panels, once in 2024 and once in 2025. The planning and installation process was pleasant, professional and flawless each time. We probably worked with 15 people from Infinity - all got the job done perfectly.

It has been almost a year since the installation of my 18 roof top solar panels and inverters by Infinity Energy. So this review is long overdue, but worth the wait because I can now honestly say the solar system has performed as promised and my electric bills reflect the success of this system. From my initial contact with Andy Strauss to the ongoing communication with the office personnel and installation by their skilled technicians, it was outstanding. There are a lot of moving parts and paper trails, but Infinity Energy guided me through the process. I would encourage anyone interested in roof top solar to contact them for an assessment and you will not be disappointed, especially before the solar tax credit is eliminated!

We had a very good experience with setting up our system and going through the loan process. Infinity Energy was very helpful and transparent. Our system was installed about 3 years ago and we have had no issues.

We have enjoyed the solar since February 2024– at this point our only electric charge is for access to National Grid! We purchased an electric hybrid car and look for ways to use our electric credits! Also, we have also found that even issues that have come up have been addressed almost immediately ( we switched our internet provider ) — we had to be walked through how to reconnect!
