Everything Solar

After thoroughly researching a dozen solar companies for my house, I selected Everything Solar and have been very pleased with their installation, customer service, and responsiveness at all levels of the company. They are located in Orlando, have been around for 20 years, and had the best prices. There were 2 other strong contenders but one was based out of Tampa and neither could beat Everything Solar's price. Price wasn't the primary factor however. I was more concerned with the long term aspects of my installer. Will they be responsive? Will they address any issues that arise? Will they be in business in 5, 10, 20 years? Overall, Everything Solar hit all the marks and I'm glad I made the decision to go solar. My ever increasing Duke Electric Bill is gone, replaced with a 25 year solar loan which is 25-30% less than my electric bill, and if I continue making payments in the amount of my electric bill my loan will be paid off in 13 years. I've insulated myself from future price increases and in 13 years I will pay nothing for electric. If you're looking at solar, definitely take a look at Everything Solar and do your own thorough research!

We purchased a solar system with Everything solar because they had good reviews, promised good service, warranty adherence and referral from a relative. I am very skeptical of this industry due to so many bad outcomes with scam companies and poor products. However, despite Everything Solar being one of more expensive vendors in the area, I decided to give them my business because Brad was able to convince me on their service standard and track record. I also felt good supporting a local business rather than a national company with 3rd party contractors. Overall, my sales and installation experience was optimal but I knew that my decision to give them business was built upon trust that they will stand by their product. Well this trust has been completely eroded by how BJ and Brad have treated me with an issue that arose with my system which is barely 2 years old now. They sold me panels with 25 year warranty. This July I noticed that there was something off in my system. After I informed them, they sent a technician total of 3 times and each time they gave us a different answer to what was wrong with the system and made it seem like it was resolved. I kept checking to inform them that the issue still remained and finally they admited that 1 of the panel is failing. Brad even admited over the phone that "this is a faulty panel which will be replaced under warranty." Despite me calling and emailing their service department multiple times, no one has reach out to help me replace the failing panel under warranty. In fact, BJ sent me an email basically implying that this is a small issue and I should just ignore it or address it directly with the panel manufacturer after initially making excuses that it would cost $ for them to come out and get information to file a warranty claim (even though they could have gotten this information any of the other 3 times they came and gave us different cause everytime). During my last call with Brad, he even admited that BJ is not going to do anything about it since "they are too busy for this minor issue". Please see my google review for additional details on this "minor issue". I have posted a picture of my system performance over this past year. They have been informed of this issue for about 6 months now with no good faith response from them to help me get this faulty panel replaced under warranty. Beware of these guys. Do not trust them and dont give them your business. They have failed to stand by what they sold me. They have shown me their unethical self serving business standard and I hope they dont treat other like this.

Exceptional company for all our solar needs. We were fortunate to find Everything Solar three years ago. They have provided an amazing installation after a thorough sales meeting. Additionally they provide prompt, professional service whenever we have a question or an issue. We have used them for solar installation, maintenance of that system, maintenance of an existing solar water heating system, and to troubleshoot a recent problem which they were able to resolve quickly. Always a pleasure to deal with this reliable, helpful company!

I had solar installed with them in Jan. 2023. Their sales dept is terrific with Brad.Launs in the lead. He made the whole process easy & reliable. Appointments & installation were done on the scheduled times. I already had solar for my pool & I knew I was choosing the right company because they can be counted on for repairs if needed. I liked the hardware Everything Solar was using. I'm a former contractor and the details are an emphasis for me. They responded in a timely manner and performed above and beyond my expectations.

I have been a customer for years with Everything Solar. They are dependable, every time I have a question BJ is right there to assist me. They install their own systems and follow through checking with me to see if I am satisfied. Their customers service is like no others, you are a customer not just another number.
