Eequals

We have had continuous “problems” with CR Solar dba EEquals. Wrong initial panel design on their end Rude customer service for 5 years now Maintainenance call is $700 prepaid in case they have to move off a bird nest. Took over a month to get a reply about 18 panels being out. Insurance replaced a lower production panel, and before they took the old one down, I watched them destroy it with a hammer. Wish they’d just maintain these roof panels we trusted them with, impossible for us to get to them safely and we’re older.

system was installed in feb 2025. It Is now beging of August. this solaredge system has not gone for more than a few days without malfunctioning. 15times in this time period. battery not charging/discharging. system sending no power to the house.charges battery and then shutting down .You name it! Repeated reports to cusomer service only yield temporary results. Should not be my job to reset system every few days!

We had a good experience with eequals . Our energy consultant Cody Hamel was very easy to work with, he responded promptly when I texted him and kept us informed throughout the process. The electricians and workers who installed the panels were all polite and respectful. I am excited for the savings now that the system is installed.

After going back and forth with making this decision we decided to go ahead with solar. Cody Hamel was a great help on making sure we understood everything from start to finish. The installers did a great job and cleaned up after they were done.

They will say absolutely anything to get you to buy these, then when they don’t honor any of their promises they strong arm you by threatening to put a lien on your home. The panels don’t work half the time and the financing is incredibly predatory. Go with ANYONE else.

This company doesn’t care about the customer after the sale. I have several problems with the system and they don’t care. I made multiple calls if you can even get ahold of anyone. I have a panel right now clearly not producing and it’s new. They said they put me on a list to come fix and guess what 4-5 months later and still nothing. The system can’t even tell me what’s it’s producing and my last power bill was $810. Customer service from them is nonexistent.
