Worst Experience Ever

This company doesn’t care about the customer after the sale. I have several problems with the system and they don’t care. I made multiple calls if you can even get ahold of anyone. I have a panel right now clearly not producing and it’s new. They said they put me on a list to come fix and guess what 4-5 months later and still nothing. The system can’t even tell me what’s it’s producing and my last power bill was $810. Customer service from them is nonexistent.

I am very happy with the installation and operation of my solar system. The kwh of the system is slightly more than first agreed upon and the cost remained the same. The installers were very personable and professional. I requested a change in the installation and after consulting with their engineers my request was granted the next day. Inverters were placed where they are safe from damage as I requested. Excellent company to work with.

Overall, great experience

My husband and I are very satisfied by the entire process. Only small criticism is that on the second day of installation the supervisor was unable to join the team. They left a bunch of water/gatorade bottles and a lot of debris from the installation in our yard.

Still waiting, still waiting but we are getting it done.

Someone needs to have a schedule I don’t understand all this it didn’t make any sense to me
