I first thought my roof needed to be replaced before I could move forward with the Solar process so I was concerned it would add significant expenses that would put my Solar plan on hold. Custom Solar Solutions was able to provide me with a roofing company that noted significant damages to my roof due to recent storms & worked with my insurance company to have the roof replaced. They were out with in a couple days, replaced the roof and then Custom Solar Solutions was able to do their fantastic work. Very positive experience with our recently installed solar panels. The company is very responsive. The system was designed based on our preferences for the different component suppliers (Enphase, Q Cells) and Custom Solar Solutions have been very fast in providing different design options and calculations until we freezed the final version. The sales process was very professional only the first version of the standard contact was a bit off but they adopted immediately. Fantastic project management with a dedicated project manager and great update on the status based on autmated messages. The installation went very smooth. Some smaller corrections on the symmetry of the panels have been performed immediately after we showed them to the project manager who was on site during the entire installation. Overall a great team and very friendly people. I can highly recommend Custom Solar Solutions.
