Premium 10-year Limited Workmanship Warranty. Zeo warrants its work installing solar panels and inverters and ensures they will be professionally performed and that system installation will be completed according to manufacturer specifications.

Resolution of Outstanding Issues

Today was the first time working with customer service agent, Al. Al has given me excellent customer service resolving some technical issues that have gone unresolved since September. Al was very quick to understand what the issues were and how to approach resolving them. Al conducted some independent investigation with the system performance data available to him. He made efforts to contact the solar panel manufacturer, not an easy task. We had detailed discussions on system performance as reported by Q.ommand Home and how the performance data was suspicious. Al is the first person from his organization with whom I was able to have a detailed technical discussion. I have written emails to Zeo Energy in which I commented on the lack of skills and interest in customer service. Al is a skilled customer service who has a focus on customer satisfaction. My goal here is to compliment Al for his excellent service. Other than from Al, customer service from Zeo Energy, as a whole, has been unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing.

My brother Bruce had ordered solar panels for his house. Sadly he passed away. Aldolfo Gonzales was very helpful in resolving our issue. He was professional, compassionate, and understanding. Feed back for AL

Contacted ZEO Energy to research a contract to install solar panels. Panels were installed on a house in North Chesterfield Va. The homeowner is in hospice and is diagnosed with dementia and can not find any documents for the installation. Al found the contract and answered questions he is allowed too. I am contacting the leasing company for more . I am in Cincinnati and my wife (Ella's sister) and I had no information until we received help from AL.
