Premium 10-year Limited Workmanship Warranty. Zeo warrants its work installing solar panels and inverters and ensures they will be professionally performed and that system installation will be completed according to manufacturer specifications.

outstanding customer service

When contacting customer service I was frustrated with the lack of follow through from others but to my great appreciation the agent listened and told me he would follow through. The next day I received a call from the department I was trying to get help from previously and they finally helped work on my issue thanks to customer service. The day after that the agent called back to see if my issue was addressed. That made my day that he cared enough to call back to check on me. thank so much Adolfo

Gateway not reporting

Adam was a great help with figuring out that a service technician was required to come out and fix electrical issues. Waiting to hear from technician when he can come out. Thank you Adam for your help.
